Deposit Policies $50.00 US per person is required when making a reservation for complete outfitting, $100.00 deposit for partial outfitting. Deposits are non-refundable, however, deposit may be used for a different trip in 2008 or 2009 only.

The U.S. Forest Service Reservation Service now charges a flat fee of $44.00US to make a reservation. $12.00 of this goes to the Reservation Service and the other $32.00 is for two $16.00 adult camping fees for camping in the BWCAW.  Any additional camping fees are paid when picking up the permit. Children are charged $8.00US per person for camping fees, up through 17 years old.

Please include a Visa or MasterCard info below so we can secure your reservation with the Forest Service for your permit. If you don't have a credit card, we can use our credit card, but the charge will be $46.00US instead of $44.00US.

If your permit is for the Quetico Park, the fees are $20.00 Canadian per person, per night and are paid at the Ranger Stations at Prairie Portage, Cache Bay, Sand Point or Atikokan (if entering from the north). Quetico park charges a $12.00 Canadian non-refundable fee to make a reservation, and asks for a $100.00 Canadian deposit to be taken off your overnight camping fees at the ranger station. Everyone will need a passport.
